Halloween Workouts

Hi All,

For Thursday evening’s workout we will be working on a lot of continuous swimming. Great for Triathletes looking to get yardage in. Power and technique swimmers will have lots of core work mixed in. Go a speed you feel you can maintain for these and focus more on technique than going fast. See you then.
